CULT CITY TOURS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking and Cancellation Policy Full refunds or tour credits are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Cult City Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, insufficient bookings, or other unforeseen circumstances, and will provide full refunds or rescheduling options in such cases.
Physical Requirements Our tours involve walking approximately 1-2 miles over approximately 90-120 minutes on sidewalks and public streets. Participants should be able to stand and walk for extended periods, or may provide their own mobility aids. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for outdoor weather conditions.
Safety and Liability Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all traffic laws and guide instructions. Cult City Tours and its guides are not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages incurred during the tour. Participants join at their own risk.
Video Surveillance Notice Please be advised that downtown Clearwater is under extensive video surveillance. By participating in this tour, you acknowledge that you may be recorded on security cameras throughout the tour route.
Conduct Participants must treat guides, other tour members, private property, and the public with respect. Cult City Tours reserves the right to remove disruptive participants from the tour without refund.
Photography and Recording Participants may take photos and videos for personal use during the tour. However, please respect the privacy of others and follow your guide’s instructions regarding photography in certain locations.
Minors Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Changes to Tour Tour routes, content, and timing may vary based on conditions, guide discretion, and unforeseen circumstances.
